The groundbreaking Facilitated Enrollment Electronic Application (FEEA™) revolutionizes the way ACCESS NY Health Care applications are processed. Both a desktop and field-based E-application, FEEA is simpler, quicker, and more efficient than manually processed paper applications. FEEA applications are turned around in just two weeks, on average, compared to 45 to 60 days typical for paper applications.
What does FEEA do?
- Replaces ACCESS NY paper application with a simplified E-application.
- Auto-calculates individual or household eligibility for public health insurance programs; Medicaid Managed Care, Family Health Plus, and Child Health Plus; and facilitates recertification for Child Health Plus.
- Stores data for annual recertification.
- Generates an ACCESS NY application that can be printed or sent electronically to any agency.
